Both Officers Annette Garrett And Mike Dilmore have a long history of Internal Affairs complaints and various lawsuits while working with the Tallahassee Police Department. Their criminal and unconstitutional actions have been covered up by the police department’s internal affairs of the “Buddy Network”. Officer Garrett has even had complaints from Citizens for selling Avon Products from her office while being paid as a police officer that’s been robbing the public of public services. These officers would have both been arrested, fired and revoked by now for their crimes during their law enforcement duties if they worked for any other city. It states that she made a False Statement in her police reports with Witness Dissuading. The Open Date Was 3/27/2008 and Closed on 4/21/2008 with no action taken at all against this Rogue Cop. The Herald Tribune Recently wrote an article regarding Rogue Cops still working in Florida in which Internal Affairs and the Florida Department Of Law Enforcement has often failed at removing these types of police officers from the department that are unfit for duty.
Officer Annette Garrett is just as competent of following the law as a police officer with her biased investigations as she is at driving a car and crashing into trash cans for lack of attention when driving. (She had a sustained Internal Affairs Complaint for crashing into trash cans while driving and damaging a city vehicle which cost the tax payers like many of her baseless and meritless cases resulting in lawsuits to her from the public citizenry).
