Tallahassee, FL – The FSU Police Department will be conducting two sobriety checkpoints the evening of June 25 on the FSU campus as part of its continuing efforts to identify and remove impaired drivers from roadways.
The checkpoints will take place in the 800 block of Jefferson Street on campus between the hours of 9:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m., and on Convocation Way between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and midnight.
The checkpoints will be clearly marked with signage and officers in uniform. Officers will be looking for impaired drivers who may pass through the checkpoint and enforcing Florida’s impaired driving laws as necessary.
