Finger pointing and the blame game is being played out behind the scenes at the Leon County Court House. A court appointed defense lawyer from the Conflict Counsel Office was “let go” from his job on the day a case involving notorious TPD detectives (Scott Angulo, Michael Dilmore, Laura Gereg ) was set for a pre-trial hearing.
The court records shows the appointed lawyer, Samuel Olmstead never filed any motions or sought discovery after being appointed back in August, 2012.
The court case charges retired journalist and true-crime author, Lester Coleman (70) , stole a woman’s identity by posting a facebook page in her name. The accuser, Cecilia Rohana Timpany (59), lives in the British Channel Islands when she is not working aboard a Princess Cruise ship. Somehow she got the TPD to raid Coleman’s apartment at a Senior citizen assisted living facility in Tallahassee.
Coleman is asking the bogus case to be dismissed> document attached.

Welp!!! At least now I know that my son’s murder case isn’t the only case that Samuel Olmstead did absolutely nothing on. For a minute there I thought that he was simply following in “Attorney” Greg Cummings footsteps–who by the way turned out to be nothing but a LIAR!!! Hmm, I wonder why the work is not getting done?

Terrorist are setting off bombs in our streets while law enforcement is chasing an old man, a native Floridian, based on the accusations of an ole woman who is not even living in the United States. Florida needs to overturn these laws that can allow anyone in the world to accuse any Florida resident. Talk about terrorism !

Leave it to Florida to re-create Fatal Attraction in a real court room. The only thing missing is the bathroom scene when the stalker woman is blown away by the fella’s wife. What pointed head prosecutor thought a crime was committed ? Big waste of taxpayer money.
