Add another name that he’s failed to prosecute on. Willie Meggs’ office is only filing minor charges against the drunk driver that killed Angel Ketring in September of 2012. The only charges being brought are for not having a tag, license, or insurance- none of which even remotely implicate him as causing a wreck at all let alone the death of a teenage girl.
