TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — It was April 16, 2005 when Tallahassee Police say Tony Pierrelouis, 24, was gunned down outside of a local business.
Officer David Northway says Pierrelouis was gunned down around 3:45 a.m. outside of the Calypso Cafe on the 1600 block of Mill Street.
Officers are asking for your help to solve this cold case.

Why not lie on an affidavit to obtain an arrest warrant, get a judge to sign it, arrest an innocent person, then offer a plea deal in exchange for a lighter sentence regardless of their innocence. It’s worked for TPD before, it should work again.
