A former Indiana law enforcement official is facing sex charges in Florida for the second time.
The Leon County Sheriff’s Office has arrested 45-year-old Matthew Morris. Morris is charged with lewd or lascivious molestation of a victim 12 to 15 years of age. The details of his latest charges are not known at this time.
Court records show Morris previously worked as a law enforcement agent in Indiana. It’s not known which agency he worked for or why he left.
Morris was convicted in 2001 of sexual battery in Leon County. He was released in 2003.
