Tallahassee Mayor John Marks will contest charges he violated Florida’s ethics laws during a hearing today before an administrative-law judge.  The hearing has been scheduled for today and Tuesday at the Florida Division of Administrative Hearings in the DeSoto Building on Apalachee Parkway, though it’s possible it could conclude by the end of today. The hearing begins 9 a.m.
