Terrified Sheriff Campbell Says He Won’t Have High Noon Showdown Together With Lisa Sprague Tomorrow

Some of you may remember the recent story regarding Sheriff Campbell on ThinkProgress.Org.  Sheriff Larry Campbell stated “I had invited the other candidates if they don’t think I can do it, go down and let me shoot at you and see if I can do it any good.”  Lisa Sprague, an independent candidate hoping to end Campbell’s 16-year reign as county sheriff, told ThinkProgress that, she offered Campbell a deal when he made this statement — “not unless I can shoot back.”

Sheriff Larry Campbell and Lisa Sprague are scheduled to be in a Round Table Discussion tomorrow at WFSU Perspectives from 11 Am to Noon.

This is a show that you can call in and ask questions.  Our source stated that Tom Flanigan, the host, stated that Campbell refuses to sit across from Lisa Sprague at the table so the show has to be separated for them tomorrow.   Larry Campbell goes on from 11 to 1130 am and Lisa Sprague will go on the radio show from 1130 to 12.
