Our Sources Just Notified Us That Tallahassee Attorney Marie Mattox Has Agreed To Take On The Federal Case Of Brayshaw V. City Of Tallahassee, Officer Annette Garrett that was just filed last week. The Case Is #4:2012cv00447 with the Honorable Robert Hinkle presiding.
Coincidently, Tallahassee Police Officer Annette Garrett is also currently being sued with the City Of Tallahassee by Dick And Andrea Duffy as also represented by Attorney Marie Mattox. Officer Annette Garrett has a history of Police Abuses for constitutional and civil rights violations to various citizens as shown with numerous complaints and lawsuits.
