On March 2nd, 2011 at 4:03 Am, Officer George Creamer, Jr. With His Sharp Instincts noticed legal and protected speech of Rob Brayshaw that was posted on Wikipedia.org. This was even after a prior federal lawsuit against Tallahassee Police and The State Of Florida was addressed by Honorable Judge Richard Smoak. Wanting to appease Officers Annette Garrett and Mike Dilmore Of The Good Ol’ Buddy “Cover-up” Network, he sent them an e-mail of this discovery on the internet for “legal internet postings” composed of commentary and re-published public information.
On March 4th, 2011 at 8:28 Am, Officer Annette Garrett Of The Tallahassee Police writes back to George Creamer, Jr.: “Thanks! I edited it out for now. See how long it takes for him to put it back.”
This is a clear disregard of the United States Constitution by Officer Annette Garrett under the First Amendment Rights to that of any citizen. Garrett has NO LEGAL AUTHORITY just because she has a badge to remove any postings about her on the internet for exposing her corruption as protected political speech by that of any citizen. This Officer has previously been addressed of this situation of similar circumstances and similar speech previously under a Federal Court Order. A New Federal Lawsuit Has Been Filed Just Last Week To Again Address These Unconstitutional And Illegal Actions Being Conducted By Officer Annette Garrett And The City Of Tallahassee against Rob Brayshaw and various other citizens for strictly speech that is unlikable to them as individuals.
