NOTE: Video Will Be Attached On This Post Soon With A Upload To You Tube.
Tally-O,
Attached you will find a video I produced regarding the biggest secret in the HaLeigh Cummings case.
It is the smoking gun of corruption in that case.
Below is the letter I sent to Sheriff Hardy along with the video.
Thanks,
Tim

Sheriff Hardy,
I hope this day has found you well.
I recently read a news release from your Office on First Coast News regarding the HaLeigh Cummings investigation. Hancel Woods let the public know about the great job you have done on the case.
I believe the break in silence by your Office was greatly welcomed by the public. It is good to see you have chosen to make HaLeigh Cummings a 2012 election issue. It was an action that required great courage by you and could demonstrate you truly do intend to make good on your prior campaign platform to rid the PCSO of corruption.
I think it would be very helpful to the voters of Putnam County, and the American public, to hear from you about the 2:13 a.m. call to police that Johnny Greenwood discussed with the Gainesville Sun in 2009.
The identity of the mysterious caller to police at 2:13 a.m. on February 10, 2009 would reveal the identity of a person that wanted Misty Croslin to look guilty and irresponsible for simply not being at 202 Green Lane when the deputy went there at 2:25 a.m.
The public has long wondered why official radio log transcriptions show a PCSO deputy was already at the home of Hank Croslin Jr. at the very time the famous 911 call from Misty Croslin came in. Your candid nature regarding the HaLeigh file is what the public and voters have been waiting for and the two thirteen call is at the top of the list.
Attached you will find a CD I produced that features an audio/video presentation regarding the 2:13 a.m. call. You can feel free to use it and share it as you wish.
Again, thank you very much for contacting the media and making HaLeigh’s disappearance a platform issue for your 2012 election campaign.
Respectfully,
Timothy Charles Holmseth

Allegations of police corruption or use of excessive force hurts everyone – especially the police — in terms of lost cooperation, support and trust – which, in turn, diminishes their effectiveness.
